Shared settings (SharePoint, stages, rates, environment) are managed by your administrator.
Dev and Production are separate Odoo databases. Leads are kept apart per database — switching shows that environment's pipeline and nothing else. Documents built against Dev are named DEV_…; Production documents keep the standard name.

The dev database name changes whenever the Odoo.sh dev branch is rebuilt — if Odoo shows disconnected with a "database does not exist" error, get the current name from Odoo.sh (Branches → dev → Database name) and update it here (no restart needed). Enter your Odoo password / API key to reconnect this session.
Which Odoo pipeline stage each Sidekick stage corresponds to. Moving a deal here moves it in Odoo, and a move made in Odoo is picked up on the next sync. Stages whose names already match are mapped automatically — correct anything that looks wrong.
BANT is written straight into the opportunity's own qualification fields (Budget Score, Allocated Budget, Funding Source, Decision Makers, Compelling Event, Target Go-Live and the rest). They are found by their label, so renaming one in Odoo is all it takes to break the link — this shows whether they were found.
